Information you choose to send

You can contact Raymond by email or, when available, through the enquiry form. The form asks for your name, email, message and an optional website address. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether there is a fit and deliver any work you agree to. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Website operation

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests. When the form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile and submission limits help prevent spam and may process technical information including your IP address and browser information. Site analytics and advertising cookies have not been enabled.

Third-party services

When you submit the form, Resend processes the enquiry to deliver it to Raymond’s Google-hosted business inbox. These providers may process information outside Australia. Their retention and processing are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The website does not store enquiries in a separate application database.

The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google when loading those fonts. Email links open the email application or provider you choose. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be shared with a specialist partner or service provider only where needed to respond to you or deliver agreed work, and with appropriate care. Enquiry and project information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, business records, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
